About:China Visa Fees

I overstayed my Chinese visa for a year and 6months

Hello,
Please I want you to help me out concerning this issue. I went to China in 2010 and i overstayed for over a year and 6months and I want to haikou, I paid my penalty fee and went back to my country.They told me that I can apply after 6 months from my country and come to PRC for another new business. But I have stayed to my country for 2years and some months. Last 3months, I applied for a new one and they gave me a new one and later cancelled the visa said I have information on the computer. Please how long will it take me to get a new one bcos I have a lot of new business to do in PRC bcos this few years I stayed back in my country, I received a lot of bad goods from different suppliers. Pleasenhelp me out bcos I need to visit some factories.

Martin, your situation is really complicated. Those who are deported usually can't apply in three to five years. Were you deported after you paid the penalty? I think you should consult this with the Chinese embassy and see if they can give you an accurate answer.

Thanks for your email. i was not deported. after i paid the fee etc, they gave me 10days visa which required that i will leave China before 10days. I am really confused about all this things. I will visit the chinese embassy soon.

mr Martin can i please have your e-mail l have same problem but l overstayed 4 months so l want to know how the process goes please help
