Visa needed for dutch passport holders

Dear Sir, Madam,
My sister is travelling to Hong Kong to attend the INTA congress which will be held from May 7th to 11th 2014; She lives in Curacao (South America, and lies infront of Venezuela) which has been a former colony of the Netherlands, The inhabitants have a Dutch passport owing to the former relations with the Netherlands. Does she as a holder of a Dutch passport need to apply for a short stay, an excursion of a day from Hong Kong to Macau? I saw on your website that the Netherlands is one of the 66 countries where a visa is not required for a short stay. I will appreciate if you can awnser me as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
Mrs. I.B. Jackson

Yes, Dutch passport holders enjoy 90 days free access to HK and Macau if they go there for a visit or transit.
