Working visa cancellation and penalty

Hello I'm working for a company and I have a residence permit thanks to this company. I want to leave the company and to go to work for another one. The first company that I worked for can cancel my residence permit? And what's happening if they cancel it but noone tells me this because I'm not leaving at the same adress anymore. Will be any problems when I'll leave the country after 6 months? Thanks.

The previous company can't cancel your resident permit but they can report your situation to the local PSB, which might lead to the cancelation of your resident permit. What you should do now is find an employer and renew your work permit and resident permit address.
