About:Business Hours in China

am i being scammed and cannot get my parcel for such a long time?

i ordered something on the 20th of january it is feb.9th the seller told me that because of Chinese new year the post and bank is closed am i being scammed?

As I know, China Post still operates during the Chinese new year or we can say there are some people on duty then, so your parcel should be moving if it was posted. If you tell me your tracking order, I can tell the status of your package by now.
