was i scammed? this is the tracking number RB910095909CN

i ordered a parcel 5 weeks ago, it was marked as shipped 2 days later, but today i tried tracking it and it says it says departure from outward office of exchange and that's 10 days ago. i've bought other things from other places and all arrived safely except this.

No, you are not scammed, but the package does take too long. I just track that and there is still nothing new since Dec. 16. You may still need to wait!
