Hi Am from Ghana, and I have been scammed by a Chinese company.

Hi, Am from Ghana and i paid for an Invitation to a Chinese company/agency to provide one for me, but this agency has defrauded me by not providing the invitation, What can i do to recover my money from this agency?
Pls Help me.
