When will you reach QD?
I know, from QD airport, there is only one bus at 10:30 to get to Linyi directly.
If you cannot catch that bus, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to get to the Sifang Long-distance Bus Station where you can find the buses for Linyi.
