How close is international waiting area in T3 to the ticket counters in T2 in Beijing International airport

I am meeting a friend in the T3 international arrival area to take a suitcase from him. He then needs to get to his connecting flight in T2. Is there a convenient way for him to get from the international arrival area to the ticket counters in T2?

From T3 to T2, there is about 6km and your friend can take the free shuttle bus to reach T2. The shuttle bus takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
