Can any one please tell me where the shipment is and what is the expected time?

The tracking number is RB984763260CN.

surprisingly i receieved my package thank you,but there was a horrible error i received the wrong item i don't believe it was a mistake but a total scam because how can you send someone items that are not even on the invoice and cost very very cheap than the goods bought.I'm trying to call them(suppliers)but they are now unreachable is there hope that iam going to ever recover my correct items after resending them the wrong ones or i've been scammed.
