From Pudong Airport to city and Beijing

What's the cheapest transport to city, New Harbour Apartment-Huangpu if we arrive 23.45 pm and how to go to Beijing from this hotel by train, thanks

I think that the taxi is only your choice because you arrive too late. You need to catch the D or G trains from Hongqiao Railway Station to Beijing. Just walk from your hotel to Yuyuan subway station and then take line 10 to Hongqiao Railway Station. It takes around 50 minutes.
