more than 10hr connection time

Question

Hi I will be travelling to Japan from New Delhi. The time between my connecting flights via Shanghai is around 20hours. Can i visit China for that period?

Yes, you just need to apply for a stay permit after arrival at the airport if you want to go out to the city. Your passport and flight ticket are required for application.
