does the visa application service have a special one just for Hainan?

Hi there I am going to Hainan in March for 12 days. I will be flying in from Singapore and flying out to Singapore. I believe I can get a VOA to Haikou that costs about AUD30, but I do not want to take the chance.

Another question that I have is, I have a business type for mainland China that is multiple entry. Can I use this to go to Hainan even though I will be in a group for leisure and not on business?
I am from Australia

I think you can enter Hainan with your multiple M type one as long as it's still valid.
