Shenzhen to Guangzhou by a fast train

Hi, I'm wondering what SZ train station is the best to use if I wont to travel to Guangzhou East Railway Station. Just to mention, I will visit WOW, so what station would be the most comfortable to use it?

You can take D trains from SZ Luohu Railway Station to Guangzhou East directly.

How far is the station from Luohu metro stop? Do I need to use a bus when I arrive at the metro station?

in the same place...just get out from luohu metro station....and you'll be in a long square...in front of you ..2-300 meters will be SHANGRI'LA hotel ...entrance for trains departures in left side..
should to ask ..if you want from guangzhou east.....because is and other train stations in guangzhou
