About:China Postal Service

My parcels in the same place since Dec. 19, 2013! Where is 10010200?

RB707583821CN 2013 Departure from outward office of exchange 10010200 BR 20131219 0736. For any reason, is this normal? I've been waiting for a long time and no change. What can I do? And, what Departure from outward office of exchange do?
