About:China Postal Service

my tracking is RA476166068CN. my location is 10010200

It say "departure from outward office of exchange" what does this mean and when will it arrive thanks,

It means that your parcel has gone through all the checks and waits to be sent to you. If this status changes into "delivery to airport", your parcel will leave China at that time.

You should know that the actual moves of a parcel are much faster than the online info. There may be no update online, but your parcel is heading for the destination.
