for hubei metro station ..maybe is better to take a taxi....maybe around 25 rmb
hubei is on shekou line ..not too convenient for you from luohu station....
but if you want to take subway from luohu( luobao line ..green line ) should to change lines in grand theatre station and to choose orange line (shekou) to hubei station...
by the way not the same hubei like province name...different meaning

Sorry, I couldn't find a railway station called Hubei. There is just a province which is called Hubei.0
