how can i get from cruise ship at tianjin port to tanguu railway station, if i am in a

The wheelchair is electric, and needs to be transported with me in it. It appears to be difficult or impossible to find wheelchair accessible taxis, buses or trains in TJ Port.  This may mean that my time in Beijing and Tianjin will be spent on the cruise ship.Thank you

Yes, you are right. it is hard to find a wheelchair accessible taxi locally, so i think you may need to order a pick up service to help you from the port to Tanggu Railway station.
