About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Hi, we are arriving in Haikou in March 2014 and hold a current Australian passport,

I have been advised we dont need to apply for a visa but will require to apply for a landing visa on arrival. I have also been told the Landing Visa application area isnt always open. can you please advise and how can I apply for a landing visa prior to arrival as I can only locate the main land China visa application form.

Thanks Greg
