Two stopovers in Beijing

I'll be traveling from Vancouver to Beijing (Stopver 1: for two days) to Singapore (Destination; stay for two weeks) to Beijing (stopover 2: for two days) to Houston. Do I qualify for the 72-hour visa free in each of the stopvers?

Are you a canadian passport holder? If yes, you are qualified for the 72 hour visa free policy.
