About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

China visa from Hong Kong

Want to travel to wuhan china and can't arrange visa in my home country india due to closure of embassy office for a weeks time... Can I get tourist L from Hong Kong..

When do you plan to enter China? as I know, from 7th February, Visa Center will resume to normal routine.
