About:China Postal Service

Package stuck at "opening" for the past 10 days. Where is it now?

My order has been stuck at "opening" since the 21st. Is there any way to find out where it is, and if I will be able to receive it before February 12th?

Stuck at "Opening" status could be for any number of days depending on the package and the Customs check point. It will also depend on the kind of China Post service chosen to ship. Usually it takes 7 – 20 working days for AIR and SAL mails, and 40 – 70 days for a surface mail. Should there be any delay, it would be as long as 180 days.
