Arriving at 22h50 in Xian airport, there will still be a shuttle on line 1

I am arriving at 22h50, by the time I get out of the airport, and with wheelchair assistance, would there still be a shuttle from the airport to the Melody Hotel? Does the shuttle stops just in front of the hotel?

I would take a taxi but what worries me if they do not want to use the meter. Specially late at night and me being a solo traveller. What do you suggest?
