Not sure which form to fill in ...

Hi there ... I have just found a Tourist visa application form but it says for "Mainland only". I will be on a cruise ship that is stopping in Hong Kong and Xiamen and then when returning to Melbourne my flight leaves from Osaka (Japan) flys to Shanghai and then to Melbourne. Therefore I will be in China three times. Can you please tell me which is the correct form to complete. I would like to go the Melbourne office to apply for my visa. Thank you very much. Kind regards Janine Paton

Hi, double entry transit G visa is enough, because you do not need one to HK (HK has different visa policy). The one entry for Xiamen and the other for Shanghai. By the way, for your flight stopover in Shanghai, if it is within 72 hours, visa (the other entry) is not required because you can take advantage of 72 hr visa-free transit with Australian passport if you have confirmed ticket for leaving. About the application form, V.2013 is correct form you need to fill in.
