About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Invitation Letter - can one letter addressed to the CEO work for everyone in the group?

We have one letter addressed to our CEO - should each person applying for a VISA have the letter in their own name? Thank you.

Yes, the invitation letter should include information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.) The one addressed to your CEO can not be used for any others' application.
