air quality in Dongying

Hello,
I am considering teaching English for a year. With the number of oil companies and tire manufacturing, how is the air quality? Any help is much appreciated and any other information would be great. Thanks!

Comparatively, the local air condition is much better than that in Beijing and Jinan city, the capital city of Jinan Province.
