For Qingdongxia, I think you may mean the Qingtongxia, right? For Guyuan, I think you mean a city in Ningxia, right?
If so, from Qingtongxia to Guyuan, as I know, there are five trains between, K1295/K1298, K1307/K1306, K1087/K1086, K359/k362, 7511/7514.
The trains take about five hours and a half. For the timetable and the detail ticket price, it is suggested to have a look on the Train Section on this website.
I am not very clear about the buses, but I heard the buses are frequent, so it is suggested to go to the Qingtongxia Bus Station to have a look.
