About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I'm an American Citizen and living in South Korea and wondering if I would be able to get a visa?

I am living here as a student and at a university here in Seoul. I already have my Alien registration card, would I be able to apply if I make my way to the embassy here in Seoul?

Yes, you can apply in South Korea as long as your ARC card is valid more than six months. However, you should apply via the appointed travel agencies in South Korea. You can find these travel agencies on the official website of Chinese embassy in SK.
