IS there a bullet train from Shanghai to Hong Kong

Doing a China tour and want to take a bullet train from Shanghai to HK (I was told there is a new service)

There is no bullet trains between and only one train T99B(Q99) is available.

You may go to shenzhen first (which is directly next to HK with only a river between the two cities) and take the bullet train their. This may largely reduce time needed. For bullet train from Shenzhen to Shanghai, you may check on this website

However I suggest you to take the plane if you are going from (27/1/2014 - 20/2/2014) because there would be tons of people taking the train thorough out the whole nation for lunar new year.
