She needs to submit application to CVASC, online appoiontment is required through CVASC's website. For application itself, Passport, application form with photo, her long term visa in Singapore, round-trip ticket and hotel reservation are required. Regular processing takes 4 working days, but you'd better contact the embassy asap because the Chinese New Year is comming soon, and the office will be close for holiday.
