About:Year of the Rabbit

My bf and I are incompatible he is year of the rooster and I am tear of the rabbit

Can you help me how will I sort out my problem to my bf which we are not compatible and he was not really happy if I work over time

You should balance your love life and work. Don't spend too much time on career. U should be considerate with your BF. If possible, add more romance to your relationship. Otherwise, you will feel bothered with each other someday.
