I'm on the mainland with a 3 month visa..tourist. I want to exchange it for a student visa. Where in Hong Kong do I do this?

I have the necessary invitation from the Chinese university....Thanks.

You should apply from the Commissioner's Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC in the Hong Kong SAR
Address: 3rd Floor (Visa Section) & 4th Floor (Chinese Travel Document Section), China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong SAR.
