I will arrive at Pudong Airport, Chinese new year the 31st of January at 7:00 and depart at 11:30.Will Bank of China be open there and will it be possible to put my euros on my account there.If it's closed will it be possible to withdraw RMB from ATM (I mean won't they be empty as it happened to me in other places on chineses New Year period

Generally speaking, on Jan 31, the bank will open, but it will not operate so long. But in order to make sure, it is suggested to consult the bank directly and their service number is 95555. There are many ATMs in this airport, so I am sure you will withdraw money from ATM. Please do do not worry.
