Bank of China at Shanghai Pudong Airport, Chinese new year the 31st of January

I will arrive at Pudong Airport, Chinese new year the 31st of January at 7:00 and depart at 11:30.

Will Bank of China be open there and will it be possible to put my euros on my account there.

If it's closed will it be possible to withdraw RMB from ATM (I mean won't they be empty as it happened to me in other places on chineses New Year period
