I don't recieve my package yet!!! Help

Hello I am waiting for a package from China to Mexico. It was shipped on the 17th December. It keep saying location is 51003100. My tracking number is RC342362074CN . Can you help me??

The latest status shown that it was at "Departure from outward office of exchange" on Dec 20, 2013, so you may still need to wait for a long time.
