Need help with tracking number RB912177574CN

I have been trying to track my items for past 13 days. They have provided me with tracking no. RB912177574CN. I am able to track on China post and they stated it is in Qingdao and "dispatching" status on 17 Jan. But until now I am not able to track on US post. Can you help me track where it is now?
