About:China High Speed Train

I want to take a bullet train from xiamen to beijing. Is there a fast way for me to get there?

If there is no direct bullet from, xiamen to beijing, then maybe I can take a bullet one from xiamen to shanghai, then another bullet from shanghai to beijing? Is that possible? I don't want to take the ordinary ones because it takes 32 hours.

There is only one ordinary train from Xiamen to Beijing, which takes about 32 hours. You can take bullet one from Xiamen to Shanghai first and then connect a G express for about 5.5 hours or a D ovenight for about 8 hours to Beijing. But the cost is rather high.

Take from Xiamen to Shanghai Hongqiao, DXXXX train, about 8 hr, Y280, 1109 km
then switch from Shanghai Hongqiao to Beijing on G train, about 5 hours, Y518, 1318 km
total about 800 yuan
