About:China Visa

Chinese Consulate in New York Express Service

The English language page for the website for the Chinese Consulate in New York says that Express Service was suspended in November do to unstable power supply. Does anyone know if express or same day service for visa issuance has resumed at the Chinese Consulate in New York?
