About:China Postal Service

PEK NULL status: my tracking number is RB807671824CN

Dears,

My Order from Ali express thru China post is NULL since 01/12/2013,
it is almost been for 1 month and 22 days and nobody is giving me an answer.

what should i do in this case?
to whom should i report?

It is strange.
It is suggested to ask the seller directly to ask whether you can get your money back. For your situation, it is hard to tell when you can get your parcel back.
