About:Passport

Do I need a visa for HK and an other for mainland?

I have a plan to visit Xiamen, but I will be entering from Hong Kong, I have a Mexican passport...traveling from Los Angeles.

How many entries I need?

A single entry tourist L is enough. HK has its own immigration policy where you are exempted from visa for entry. So the entry is for Xiamen only.
