About:China Visa on Arrival

I'm Australian citizen would like to visit Zhuhai & Shenzhen in one day.

I'll arrive at Zhuhai (GongBei) from Hong Kong with ferry. When I get VOA at Zhuhai, can I use this VOA that I get from Zhuhai to go to Chenzhen? So I don't need to get another VOA at Chenzhen since I only travel for a day only in those 2 places.

No, Shenzhen and Zhuhai both have VOA policy. Zhuhai VOA can not be used to enter Shenzhen. You have to apply two VOA for this visit. Or you can apply for a full Chinese visa instead.
