Will the embassy know i deposited my visa money or do i need to fax/email the receipt to the embassy

Im from Swaziland studying in Ukraine, I applied for one but had to deposit the money into the embassy's account. So if I should fax or email the receipt, to which number or email should I send it to? And can I send some one to pick it up?
