About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

For Hongkong Trip from Beijing China

hello Sir

I am an Indian citizen (Indian passport) working in China beijing, I have working Z of PRC, I want to visit hongkong for a short vacation? Do I need visa? or I can use the same Z for enetering Hongkong?

Indian passport holders enjoy free entry to HK for a stay less than 14 days. And if you work on Z type in Beijing, you must have valid residence permit, right? the residence permit can be used to exit and return to mainland PRC.
