About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

hello guys, why there is no surface mail to poland? What will be the cheapest way to send around 200kgs from China to Poland by air?

I am not clear abut the reason about surface mail, but to mail 200kg packages, you'd better turn to a freight company for convenience.
