Guilin to Yangshuo - any bus from airport to Yangshuo, how much for this cost and how often.

I'm afraid there is no direct bus service from the airport to Yangshuo. I suggest you take shuttle bus to the city center (Civil Aviation Building) and then take a taxi to local General Bus Station, where there are many buses to Yangshuo. Buses from GL to Yangshuo costs CNY20 per person and they are scheduled from 06:00 to 21:00 every 10-20min.0
