adopting a baby which are left to die

hi i am 50 years old and married after i saw a programme on how some babys are left to die in some homes , i wanted to ask how i can apdopt one of them and save a life how do i go about it , thanks from maria aol.com|megscasto44

I am not clear where the sad thing takes place in China, but u can turn to China Center for Children's Welfare and Adoption for help. They may help you with the adoption. My sister successfully adopted a lovely girl last year with the help of them.
