to get the email address of the police in China

Dear Sir,
I have been cheated by a fake company in China and i have their email, telephone number and need to contact the authorities there to try to get back my money. Can I get some useful contact information.

The hotline for police throughout China is 110. Do you know which city the fake company is located? Then I can find the number of local police station for you.
