how to go from hong kong airport to kowloon? we are 3 adults, 2 kids and 1baby with 4 luggages

As you have kids and baby, taxi shall be the most convenient way to go.
As I know, a taxi in HK can hold at most 5 passengers. Also you have so many luggages, you may need two.0
