About:China Visa Exemption

US citizen arriving on cruise ship need a VISA?

We will be in Shanghai from 7:00am until 6:00pm and then leave China.

Visa is not required for a tranist/stopover less than 24 hours. If you want to visit the city, you just need to apply for a stay permit on arrival.
