About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Spanish passport fliying from madrid via london and returnig to madrid via Paris

The first flight will be booked return ( to loose the flight back) and the fligth to paris will be confirmed and issued with another company. Are eligible for 72 hour free transit in Beijing?

NO, this itinerary will not be considered as a direct transit. To the contrary, it is obviously a return trip. Actually, the country of departure and destination should not be the same "Region". You are advised to apply for a Chinese transit G in advance.
