About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I heard people saying that I need a letter from China government in order to apply for China Visa multiple entry within a year. Is that true?

I am a Malaysia, working in Singapore.

Yes, the government invitation is helpful if you want to apply for multiple entry one. But it still differs in nationality of applicants.
