cost of stay permit for cruise passenger in shangai?

Our Princess cruise ship stops at Shanghai in April 2014.  We have US passports for the 10 hour stay.  How does one obtain the stay permit and what is the cost?

Hi, this stay permit can be got providing your passport and cruise ticket(showing you will leave 10 hour later), and it is free of charge. You just need to fill a in the Arrival & Departure Card then the officers will stamp your passport.

Cost of Stay Permit for cruise passenger in Shangai?
